                * Make the healthy metabolism and vital

                   chemical functions possible;

                 * Help you to sleep better.

  • Consider Herbal teas, broths, fresh vegetable juices and water-rich foods (soups, stews, fruits & veggies) to help hydration.

  • Avoid dietary inflammatory trrigers like:         * Processed sugar and foods;                                   * Gluten;                                                                     * Dairy;                                                                         * Alcohol;                                                                     * Individual food allergies, sensitivities,                      intolerances;                                                            Each of these greatly diminishes the body’s            ability to fight infections.
