Services & Hours
We can only offer services to prescheduled appointments. Appointments are limited to one person at the time of visit in the office (or two members of the same family).
If you are sick please call and let us know. "If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms, you might have COVID-19. Most people have mild illness and are able to recover at home. Keep track of your symptoms. If you have an emergency warning sign (including trouble breathing), get emergency medical care immediately."
Many of our services can be offer online via Zoom. Please schedule for our COMPLIMENTARY Consultation & we set your sessions based upon your individual needs.

What Else You can Do?
Here some other tips that support your physical & biochemical health & also your emotional & mental health throughout this challenging period.
Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep. Your body refreshes, recovers & heals during sleep & that is what you need to defeat the environmental stressors.
Wash your hands frequently, especially after touching any public surface: doorknobs, shopping cart, etc. Be sure to apply soap across your hand and under your nails for a full 20 seconds before rinsing.
Remeber that even the handsanitizers are a great disinfectants & can be handy, soaps are much safer for your skin. So when it's possible wash your hands.
Avoid close contact & social gestures such as handshaking and hugging. (Try foot kicking and tree hugging instead, it works).
Be sure to STAY AT HOME if you feel a fever, or any symptoms of sickness. Contact your local health department if you suspect you may have contracted the virus.
